This 2005 Porsche 997.1 Carrera S is a rare and desirable "Launch Edition" in black with black full leather
interior and a few go-fast bits. Much loved and well cared for by an avid Porsche enthusiast and PCA member (me). I
am the third owner. I purchased the car used from a Philadelphia, PA area Porsche Dealer (Porsche of the Main
Line) in August, 2010 with 31K miles on it. I have a full service history on the car since 8/2010, and it was
dealer serviced prior to that, so the history is available. My records includes a binder of all receipts under my
ownership, window sticker from 2010 sale, Owner's Manual and my own mileage log that recorded every tank of gas,
oil change and all general maintenance. Two keys with remotes. Non-smoker. Always garaged. No track time. No
accidents. No dings. No repaint.

Known issues:
The 3M clear bra on the front lip of the hood was installed poorly in one small (~3" x 4") section and has some
ripples. It has annoyed me, but not enough to replace.
The front tires are more than 5 years old, and while they have plenty of tread left, they are showing some tiny
shoulder cracks indicative of their age.
There is some minor curb rash on the both passenger side wheels
The soft-touch coating on the temp and fan controls has softened and turned sticky (removable with some effort
and professionally restorable)
The black coating on the center console (surrounding the e-brake) has softened, and while not tacky it has
scratched in a number of places (easily replaceable)
